At Pursix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
